ESDP have been designing mechanical and electrical services for new build and refurbishment schemes for extra care homes for the sheltered and elderly, for more than 20 years.

Our projects include one and two bed flats, communal kitchens, dining areas and lounges, on-site shop, restaurant and hairdressing salon.
