FEATURED PROJECTS

Full refurbishment and upgrade of Theatre Suite to current standards. ESDP undertook the design, contract administration and project management of all aspects of the works including new ventilation systems, general lighting, surgeons light, BMS controls, ceilings, fire stopping, transfer hatches, flooring and decorations. The project was completed on time and on budget with full HTM compliance.

Bridgnorth Day Case Theatre

Phase 2 is a new build extension providing 2200m2 of additional space to house Specialist product testing and R&D workshops, 600m2 of flexible open plan office space, seven meeting rooms, a breakout space, three data cab rooms, a large central plant room, two link bridges, communal areas, and toilets.

This project involved the remodelling and refurbishment of existing school buildings to form new classrooms, a learning support unit, library and resources centre and the refurbishment of the historic chapel.

Summerfields Library, Chapel & Learning Resource Centre

ESDP were tasked with designing and optimising the size of a major new PV installation at the Worcester Bosch HQ in Warndon. Analysis of the useable area indicated that the roof could accommodate an array of 832kWp.

ESDP assisted in the refurbishment and repurposing of the Museum’s former admissions building as the Museum Conference & Learning Centre. The newly refurbished learning space provides two new classrooms, a landing area and a gift shop, as well as providing a dedicated entrance and exit point for school and colleges.
