ESDP has been designing mechanical and electrical services for housing schemes for over twenty years. Our Clients include Housing Associations, Private Housing Developers and Private Clients, with projects ranging from modern apartment buildings to multi-million pound Grade II Listed mansion refurbishments. We are continually referring design solutions to assist in achieving Code 3 and Code 4 Level homes and we are also able to provide design guidance to help achieve Code Level 5 and 6 homes.
We have considerable experience in the design of extra care homes for the elderly, and we are supportive of collaborative working with Clients, other design professionals, and Contractors in order to achieve high quality buildings.
