| Design Features: |
A central boiler plant provides a Constant Temperature Circuit served by 2No. gas fired condensing boilers and variable speed pumps. This circuit connects to heat interface units to safely provide heating to LST Radiators and Domestic Hot Water requirements for each dwelling within the development.
Due to space constraints in the existing building, domestic hot water is provided to the main communal areas of the building by an externally mounted instantaneous gas fired condensing water boiler complete with a secondary return circuit.
Ventilation and cooling is provided to staff offices by a ducted MVHR system and separate DX heating/cooling units. |
