Training
Engineering Services Design Practice Limited is committed to providing training to all staff. The Company will adopt and actively encourage the following practices and procedures to ensure that all of its Engineering, Technical and Administration Staff are provided with correct training relevant to their post and discipline:
- Attendance at Continuing Professional Development (CPD) seminars, lectures, courses and events that are appropriate to their discipline, level of experience and qualifications.
- Sponsorship to attend new and further academic qualification courses and examinations, either by enrolment on distance learning courses or by part time or day release at Universities and Colleges and other establishment of further or higher education and study.
- Graduate and Trainee Technician grade Staff will be encouraged to develop their academic qualifications and practical training as part of their entry and ongoing training in the industry. The Company will help their personal development and technical ability by providing expertise and knowledge transfer from within the Company.
- Frequent review of each individual member of Staff's training and Continuing Professional Development (CPD) attendance and qualifications achieved.
