| Design Features: |
All builder’s work openings for services were pre-designed to allow for pre-fabrication of floor and walling systems. Individual apartment central heating boilers were fitted to pre-fabricated pipework jigs and manifold arrangements to minimise on site fabrication. All apartments were provided with heat recovery ventilation. External lighting and decorative feature lighting to communal access stairs. |
