Refurbishment of the heating and domestic water systems throughout the entire Cottage Hospital complex. |

ESDP were engaged as lead consultants to act as designers and project managers for the refurbishment of mechanical services and nurse call system. |
| Design Features: |
New softening plant was installed. The DHWS calorifiers and existing hot and cold water distribution pipework was replaced. The heating distribution pipework was replaced as was the nurse call system. Work was carried out in phases to keep the hospital operational. |
