Replacement of ventilation and cooling plant, and ancillary builder's work serving 5Nº operating theatres and associated recovery ward. The plant replacement was designed to minimise the closure time for each operating theatre to 4 days. |

The plant is designed to the latest HTM Standards and will offer considerable energy running cost savings compared to the existing plant. New controls are provided to each theatre, providing clear plant operating information, and alarm indication in the event of plant faults. |
