| Design Features: |
Mechanical services include biomass wood chip boiler and gas boiler plant serving a mix of low surface temperature radiators, fan convectors and natural ventilation perimeter heating units. Dedicated hot water production plant, kitchen heat recovery ventilation, mechanical fire protection and a building energy management system control package with end user interaction.
Electrical services consist of small power, low energy lighting, data, security and fire alarm systems.
