| Design Features: |
The building is predominantly served by underfloor heating. Mechanical ventilation heat recovery units have been installed in tutors flats and main bathrooms. Solar glass applied to the south facing windows should reduce the risk of overheating in bedrooms. LED lighting along wit the lighting control system should be beneficial in terms of running cost and maintenance required. |
