The new theatre suite was created by converting an old intensive care unit and included the addition of a roof plantroom on the existing 1960’s building.
The bespoke skirtless ventilation canopy and theatre suite heating and cooling systems are served by dedicated plant located in the new roof plantroom located immediately above the new theatre. This includes fully HTM compliant air handling units, heating and chilled water distribution, new chiller plant and BMS controls. |
