Mechanical services have been extended form the existing central plant. Comfort cooling is provided by ceiling mounted fan coil units with local temperature control.
The electrical services included low energy lighting, occupancy and daylight linked lighting controls, power and structured voice/data cabling, display lighting, access control systems and fire alarm and detection systems.
