The new central plant provided for the extension was designed and sized to serve existing heating, ventilation, cooling and domestic water circuits for the existing office building as well as the new extension. New central plant included high efficiency boilers and heat recovery ventilation systems. The electrical services included low energy lighting, occupancy and daylight linked lighting controls, power and structured voice/data cabling to desk management systems, atrium display lighting, access control systems and fire alarm and detection systems.
